Our Help Desk is available at 1-800-768-0044 from 6:00am to midnight, to provide booking assistance and answer your questions.

To book a patient transfer online, select an option below:

Call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department if you or someone requires immediate medical attention. Do not use our online booking platform or call our Help Desk.

Health Authority clients and other approved organizations may book transfers by calling our Help Desk at 1-800-768-0044 from 6:00am to midnight. You may also choose to manage patient flow through our online booking platform, where you can create an account, book new patient transfers, view and track scheduled, past and incoming patient transfers in real-time. You must call our Help Desk to change or cancel a transfer.

Available Patient Transportation Services

Wheelchair Transfers

One-person crew transferring patients using our Wheelchairs, a facility provided Wheelchair, or a patient provided Wheelchair.

Stretcher Transfers

Two-person crew transferring patients using our specialized Stretcher & Stair Chair equipment.

Ambulatory Transfers

Either a one-person or two-person crew transferring patients providing specialist care and attention.

Family Escorts

When possible, family members may also accompany patients for additional support and companionship.

Medical Escorts

Patients are often accompanied by RNs, LPNs, RTs, HCAs and other licensed medical professionals
