Our team has many years of exclusive experience in Patient Transfers, which in recent years has incorporated exciting new technologies to improve efficiency, reliability and safety.

Here are some of the key personnel behind the scenes, but many more front-facing employees are the core success of our operation.

Malcolm White
Malcolm WhitePresident & CEO
Malcolm is an experienced business manager with 30 years of experience at the helm of substantial companies, in both the Service and Manufacturing industries. He has been the CEO of Hospital Transfers since 2003 and has a thorough understanding of client needs. Malcolm is responsible for account administration and financial management, as well as policy development.
Trevor White
Trevor WhiteOperations Director
Trevor is responsible for operational management, ensuring our clients get their patients where they need to go. Trevor has been in the passenger transportation industry for 20 years and was instrumental in establishing the Patient Transfer Service widely used by the UK public health service. He was also closely involved in the development of the dedicated software that is a key factor in our Control/Dispatch capability and providing detailed job analysis for budget control and future planning.
Shelley Pearson
Shelley PearsonOffice Manager / Accounting
Shelley joined us prior to ‘Day 1’ to help set up the systems structure before we even began operations, and brought with her many years of experience in busy accounting environments. Shelley ensures that the behind-the-scenes administration and accounting processes run smoothly—billing is timely, accurate, and transparent to ensure our clients and vendors have all the data they need to ensure the process flows smoothly.
Natasha Wickham

Natasha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a successful and proven track record assisting us build capabilities to respond to employee and customer needs. An accomplished communicator with a positive attitude who understands the needs of our growing company, Natasha works hard to get things done using both new ideas and lessons learned from the past.
Jo-Jo Allinson
Jo-Jo AllinsonField Operations Manager
Jo-Jo has been with us since 2008 and has taken part in the Quality Academy program delivered by the BC Patients Safety & Quality Control Council. She also contributed to developing the special training and refresher training that is required for transporting patients, and for the field supervisors, lead drivers, and trainers who maintain support for our crews.
Jenny Liao
Jenny LiaoControl Room Supervisor
Jenny joined us in 2008 as ‘the dispatcher’ in the early days before we first embarked on providing patient transfer services to the health care providers. The Dispatch Centre has since grown ten fold, both in the number of transfers it handles, and the number of staff involved to ensure we maintain our high standards of customer service.
Chris Dranfiled
Chris DranfiledWorkforce Planning & Fleet Support
Chris first worked as a Transfer Driver and then as a Dispatcher in order to better understand the issues faced in the field, and in Scheduling. His natural affinity with the new technologies of today led to greater involvement with a growing technology requirement used to face the challenges of efficient planning of a growing workforce.
