Malcolm is an experienced business manager with 30 years of experience at the helm of substantial companies, in both the Service and Manufacturing industries. He has been the CEO of Hospital Transfers since 2003 and has a thorough understanding of client needs. Malcolm is responsible for account administration and financial management, as well as policy development.

Trevor Scott - Operations Director
Trevor has been in the passenger transportation industry for 20 years & was instrumental in establishing the Patient Transfer Service widely used by the UK public health service. He was also closely involved in the development of the dedicated software that is a key factor in our Control/Disaptch capability & providing detailed job analysis for budget control & future planning. Trevor is responsible for operational management, ensuring our clients get their patients where they need to go.

Jo Jo Allinson - Training & Quality Control Manager
Jo-Jo has been with us since 2008, and has taken part in the Quality Academy [3] residential program delivered by the BC Patients Safety & Quality Control Council. She is responsible for developing our special training for transporting patients that is monitored by our Field Supervisors

Operations Administration
Is apportioned between Jennifer Fulton and Mike Allan. This encompass’s complex shift scheduling that must consider the wishes of our diverse field crew members, and must also ensure adequate coverage to meet our valuable clients and their patients needs. Equally important is the management of our extensive, and varied vehicle fleet, that requires reliable service, maintenance, repairs etc. that is required for both patient and crew safety, and to retain our high quality performance standards.

Jennifer has been in Dispatch since 2010 helping us grow, and Mike [ who also spent time in Dispatch ] provides the necessary technical IT support in what is now a very extensive Hi Tech system to support our crews in the field.

Vicky Royston - Customer Liaison Manager
Vicky also spent many years in Patient Transfers in the UK and now provides a valuable link with our clients and patients. Vicky has taken the Canadian Patients Safety Officers course with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute [CPSI] and she visits sites to advise hospital staff how to get the best out of the system for the patient / the hospital
