ON TIME - reliability is an essential part of a Safe and Efficient service.

Our Training & Safety department staff are participating in the Quality & Safety program of the BC Patient Safety & Quality Council [ BCPSQC ] held through seminars carried out throughout the province, and the Canadian Patient Safety Officers course conducted by the Canadian Patient Safety Institute [ CPSI ]. The lessons learned with these committed organizations are being applied in developing our own In - House customized training program, that ensures not only that all crews are properly trained, but that there are systems in place to monitor all aspects of the operation.
